Summary

Create a new context. This function allows the caller to specify implementations for memory management, logging mechanism and threading mechanism

Parameters

mem		Specify an implementation of memory menagement. If NULL, a default implementation is used.
logging		Specify an implementation of logging. If NULL, a default implementation is used.
thread		Specify an implementation of threading. If NULL, a default implementation is used.
