Summary

Abstract interface for a logical codec. Convert between a block of glyph values and a message; i.e. handle logical encoding and decoding using some encoding scheme.

GetName		return a short name for the encoding
EncodeGlyphBlock		produce a block of glyph values from a message
DecodeGlyphBlock		produce a message from a block of glyph values
GetCapacity		return the amount of data that can fit into a glyph block of a certain size, using a given number of parity bytes per codeword
