Summary

Record erasures. This function is similar to DgGlyphBlock_ReadFoldedBytes, except that it "erases" the actual glyph block values and simply advances the output pointer and bit index as if bits had been read. All the bits it passes as erasures. index as if bits had been read. all the bit it passes as erasures. NOTE: unlike DgGlyphBlock_ReadFoldedBytes, this function do "erase"

Parameters

block		pointer to glyph block we are ignoring bytes from.
rect		pointer to region of interest on glyph block.
out		pointer to byte containing next data bit to be read.
eout		pointer to byte containing next erasure bit to be read.
bitIndex		index of the next bit within the byte pointed to by out or eout.

Return Value

DG_OK on success
